Its been four years since the standing against the Volturi in the clearing, since which plenty has changed for the quiet Cullen family.
Still living in Forks, Edward and Bella have begun to find it difficult to keep their daughter and her boundries in check. With Renesmee's personality growing ever stubborn like her parents, they start to find her pushing her way through their rules. Though her growth spurt has begun to slow, and to the family it is looking more likely to send her into high school, they still wonder whether Renesmee's still young mind will be able to handle the dangers that face her in the human world.



Plans to introduce a new member of the Cullen family in the form of Rosalie and Emmett's child stirs up trouble within the Volturi, giving Alice a reason to watch the future of her family and the movement of the powerful and embarressed rulers of their world as the time comes closer to what seems like another fight.
However, with the past stand off spreading quickly around the vampire world, there is an alarming rise of newcomers in the small town of Forks, something which quickly grabs the attention of the wolves and the Cullens alike.



In an attempt to keep the peace within the small town, the two enemies once again reunite to face up to the trouble breathing down on them. With a new threat of nomadic vampires heading their way to test the strength of the ever fameous Cullens and their 'pet pups', along with a group of scared vegetarian vampires looking for refuge, it soons becomes clear what is going to happen.



Old faces, old friends, once again visit the town to see what has become of their good friend Bella. Jessica, Angela, Mike and the others all plan a small surprise get together, pulling everyone in they can find.
However, Angela finds herself in a spot of bother, running into trouble with a stray nomad..after which she finds herself learning things about her old friend Bella and her new family that would only seem true in a fairytale.
